1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and karika ("karika", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the karika website located at https://karika.vu and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon.
By creating an account, accessing the karika platform, placing any wager, or making any deposit, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the karika platform and close your account.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with karika's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and karika.
Note: karika reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms regularly.
2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the karika platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age. karika enforces a strict minimum age policy. Gambling by individuals under the age of 18 is prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of karika is lawful in your location.
- You are not acting on behalf of another person, operating as an agent, or accessing the platform in a professional capacity on behalf of any third-party gambling operator.
- You have not previously had a karika account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
- You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of karika, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
karika reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage. Where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, karika will suspend the relevant account, freeze any pending withdrawals, and may forfeit any balance held in the account pending investigation.

3 Account Registration
To access the full range of karika services — including deposits, game play, sports betting, and withdrawal of winnings — you must create a registered karika account. The following rules apply to account registration:
- One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active karika account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances or bonus winnings being forfeited.
- Accurate information: You must provide complete, truthful, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
- Account security: You are responsible for selecting a strong, unique password for your karika account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your username or password with any other person. karika accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain appropriate security over their credentials.
- Account non-transferability: karika accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any associated balance, bonus credits, or loyalty points to any third party.
karika reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.
4 Identity Verification (KYC)
In accordance with responsible gaming standards and anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices, karika is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests and at other points during the account lifecycle. This identity verification process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC).
You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:
- A government-issued photo identification document such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
- Proof of residential address such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence (dated within the last three months).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits — for example, a screenshot confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket mobile wallet account registered in your name.
- A selfie photograph or short video for live identity confirmation, where required by karika's compliance team.
karika will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until KYC verification is successfully completed. karika reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to place a temporary hold on account activity during the verification process. All submitted documents are processed in strict confidence in accordance with karika's Privacy Policy.
Important: Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a withdrawal request being raised may result in the request being cancelled. karika will make reasonable efforts to communicate KYC requirements clearly and promptly to the affected Player.
5 Deposits & Payment Methods
karika accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
- International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by the issuing bank)
The following rules apply to all deposits made to karika accounts:
- Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using a payment method registered to another person — are strictly prohibited.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction within the karika cashier. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by karika from time to time.
- karika does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which karika accepts no responsibility.
- Deposits are credited to your karika account balance upon confirmed receipt. In the event of any delay, you should contact karika support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
- All deposited funds must be used for genuine gaming activity. Depositing funds without the intention to play — for example, to exploit deposit bonuses or to conduct transactions unrelated to gaming — is a breach of these Terms.
Currency: All karika account balances, game stakes, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). karika does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
6 Withdrawals
Players may request withdrawal of their available account balance (excluding any locked bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- KYC completion: A fully verified KYC status is required before any withdrawal can be processed. First-time withdrawal requests will trigger a KYC review if one has not already been completed.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: Withdrawals are subject to a minimum threshold as displayed in the karika cashier at the time of the request.
- Withdrawal to same method: Winnings must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless karika expressly approves an alternative method in writing.
- Processing times: karika aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Withdrawal timelines may be extended during periods of high volume, during KYC review, or where additional compliance checks are required.
- Withdrawal limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. karika reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion.
- Fraud prevention: karika's compliance team conducts routine checks on withdrawal requests. Where unusual patterns are identified, karika reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal pending investigation without liability to the Player for any resulting delay.
karika reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms, pending the outcome of a formal investigation.
7 Bonuses & Promotions
karika offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as the specific terms stated for each individual promotion:
- Wagering requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus (and in some cases, the deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
- Time limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within this period will be forfeited without compensation.
- Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
- One bonus per promotion: Unless stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated winnings and account suspension.
- Maximum bet during bonus play: A maximum single-bet limit applies while bonus funds are active. Placing bets above this limit during a bonus period may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
- Bonus opt-out: Players who do not wish to receive bonus offers may opt out by contacting karika support. A request to opt out of bonuses will be processed within 24 hours.
karika reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, and to void any bonus or winnings where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, exploitation of system errors, or breach of these Terms.
Bonus Abuse Policy: karika employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, use of prohibited betting strategies during bonus play, and coordinated exploitation of promotions. Where abuse is detected, karika will close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances, and may report the activity to relevant authorities.
8 Game Rules & Fair Play
All casino games available on the karika platform — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, table games, and instant-win games — are governed by the rules set by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). These provider-specific rules are binding and take precedence over any general guidance on the karika platform in the event of a conflict.
The following fair play obligations apply to all karika players:
- You must not use any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with karika games or the platform in a manner that is not available to all players through the standard interface.
- You must not exploit any software bug, error, or misconfiguration in karika's platform or in any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a known or reasonably discoverable error may be voided by karika at its discretion.
- You must not collude with other players in multi-player game formats (such as poker or live dealer games) to manipulate outcomes.

All karika Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested to ensure statistical randomness and fairness. Live dealer games are broadcast in real time from certified studio environments. karika does not control, alter, or influence the outcome of any game after the betting period has closed.
Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, network disconnection, or technical error during an active game round, the round may be declared void and any stake placed will be returned to the Player's account balance. karika is not liable for losses attributable to technical faults beyond its reasonable control.
9 Sports Betting Rules
karika offers pre-match and in-play sports betting on a range of events including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on karika:
- Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by karika. karika reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a pricing error.
- Odds: Quoted odds are subject to change prior to acceptance. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the time the bet is accepted, as shown in the bet confirmation. In-play odds may be suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice.
- Void bets: A bet may be declared void where the event is abandoned, postponed beyond a stated threshold, or where a material error in the odds is identified prior to or after settlement. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 and the stake is returned to the Player's account.
- Settlement: Sports bets are settled using official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a discrepancy between live scorecard data displayed on karika and the official result, the official result shall govern settlement.
- Maximum payout: A maximum single-bet and daily payout limit applies to sports betting. These limits are displayed in the karika sports betting section and may be adjusted from time to time.
- Suspicious betting: karika monitors betting patterns for evidence of match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated suspicious activity. Where such patterns are identified, karika reserves the right to withhold settlement, void affected bets, and report the activity to the relevant sporting authorities.
10 Responsible Gaming
karika is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing a safe entertainment environment for all adult players. As part of this commitment, karika makes the following tools available to all registered players through their account settings:
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount they can deposit into their karika account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Loss limits: Players may set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, no further wagers may be placed until the limit period resets or a new limit is set.
- Session time limits: Players may set a maximum duration for each gaming session. A notification will be displayed when the session limit is approached, and the player will be logged out automatically when the limit is reached.
- Cooling-off period: Players may request a temporary break from gaming activity for a period of between 24 hours and six weeks. During a cooling-off period, the player's account will be suspended for gaming and depositing purposes.
- Self-exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request a self-exclusion period of between six months and five years, or an indefinite self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications will also be suspended. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to karika support and will be actioned within 24 hours.

11 Account Suspension & Closure
karika reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
- Opening or operating multiple karika accounts (multi-accounting).
- Engagement in bonus abuse, match-fixing, money laundering, or any other form of fraud or criminal activity.
- Use of automated software, bots, or prohibited third-party tools in connection with the platform.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without prior communication with karika's support team.
- Any other conduct that karika reasonably considers to be harmful to the integrity of the platform, other players, or karika itself.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, karika reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation and, where the breach involves fraud or criminal activity, to report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting karika support. Any eligible balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete.
12 Intellectual Property
All content published on the karika platform — including but not limited to the karika brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of karika or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the karika platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:
- Copying, reproducing, distributing, or republishing any karika content without express written permission.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any karika software or game code.
- Creating derivative works based on karika content or branding.
- Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction from the karika platform.
Any unauthorised use of karika's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
13 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, karika's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Player's account, or use of the karika platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that Player to their karika account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
karika expressly excludes all liability for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, consequential, or special loss of any nature arising from use of or inability to use the karika platform.
- Service interruptions, technical errors, network outages, or third-party system failures outside karika's reasonable control.
- Losses attributable to a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to maintain appropriate account security.
- Decisions made by Players in connection with their gaming activity, including decisions to place bets of a particular size or to continue playing after a period of losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits karika's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
14 Privacy & Data Protection
karika collects, processes, and stores personal data relating to Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering for a karika account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
karika uses Player data for the following primary purposes:
- Account registration, authentication, and ongoing account management.
- Identity verification (KYC) and fraud prevention.
- Processing of financial transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
- Personalisation of gaming experience and delivery of relevant promotional communications (where the Player has not opted out of marketing).
- Compliance with applicable legal obligations including anti-money-laundering requirements.
karika does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the platform (such as payment processors and identity verification partners) and only to the extent required for those purposes. 15 Amendments to Terms
karika reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, karika will notify registered Players by email to the address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the karika platform prior to the change taking effect.
Where amendments are made in response to a legal or regulatory requirement, they may take effect immediately without advance notice. Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or minor clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms — may be made without specific notification.
Your continued use of the karika platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

16 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. karika operates as an online gaming platform and all disputes shall be handled through karika's internal dispute resolution process as a first step.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and karika, the following process applies:
- Step 1 — Contact Support: The Player should first raise the issue directly with karika's customer support team by email at [email protected], providing a clear description of the dispute, any relevant transaction IDs or game round references, and the remedy sought.
- Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the issue is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through initial support contact, the Player may submit a formal written complaint to karika. karika will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 21 business days.
- Step 3 — Escalation: Where a formal complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, karika will endeavour to engage in good faith mediation with the Player. Details of any available third-party dispute resolution mechanism will be communicated to the Player at this stage.
Nothing in this section prevents karika from seeking injunctive or other urgent relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legal rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
